Controle Social da Violência no Brasil: Gasto Público, Desigualdades e Heterogeneidades na Amazônia Ocidental

Abstract

Este artigo analisa o gasto público estadual da Amazônia Ocidental (Acre, Amazonas, Rondônia e Roraima) com controle social da violência, de 2004 a 2014, segundo como funções de governo agrupadas em: controle criminal - Segurança pública, Justiça e Direitos da cidadania; prevenção social da violência - Educação, Assistência Social e Saúde; outras funções. Uma análise comparativa de custo gasto, distribuição, evolução e efeitos demográficos das despesas orçamentárias, a partir das informações dos balanços estaduais, discussão, discussão, discussão entre outras questões, como os estatísticos estatísticos e os gastos com recursos na prevenção social da violência e sem controle crime. Crescimento econômico e gasto público marcado uma trajetória recente da região (2004 - 2014),custos econômicos estaduais com políticas sociais movimentos distintos e irregulares, porém, com semelhanças no recrutamento e controle criminal. Os resultados corroboram a desigualdade e heterogeneidade entre os estados na direção e relevância das funções de prevenção e controle da violência.
