The Agriculture is directly influenced by the economic and political strategy adopted by the country in a given period, nationally and internationally. Within this, the objective of this article is to understand the agrarian scenario between the 1980s, in order to analyze the proposal and continuous renewal of Agreement nº 100/97. In order, to realize the reasons why this Agreement is renewed annually and, to understand its relationship with the agrarian scenario, the Economic Analysis of Law and Game Theory will be used as a theoretical reference, to have an understanding from a legal, economic and political. The conclusion is that the Government and Rural Producers sign a Cooperative Game in order to maintain interests and benefits for both parties, through agreements in which there is cooperation and reasoning in which those involved in the relationship are benefited to a certain extent.Downloads
