As atividades econômicas exercidas pelo Estado são serviços públicos?
O presente artigo tem a finalidade de demonstrar o que são serviços públicos e para o que servem. Será analisado o regime jurídico pelo qual os serviços públicos são prestados, bem como a observância do instituto de atividade econômica e qual o seu regime jurídico e se, o Estado ao interferir na atividade econômica está realizando serviços públicos em virtude do interesse público.
