A ACEPÇÃO DO PLENO EMPREGO NO TEXTO CONSTITUCIONAL DE 1988

O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar de que maneira o princípio previsto no art. 170, inciso VIII, da Constituição Federal, deve ser interpretado de modo que seu significado se harmonize com os objetivos fundamentais da República e os demais princípios previstos no texto constitucional. Pretende-se demonstrar que, a despeito de interpretações mais restritivas, a única interpretação plausível, aquela que consubstancia o princípio do pleno emprego na norma objetivo que visa assegurar a todos uma existência digna, é o da busca pelo emprego de todos os fatores de produção e não a que opta por determinada corrente teórica ou pretende impor o pleno emprego do fator trabalho.Downloads
