Análise de Eficiência e Produtividade da Justiça do Trabalho no Brasil

Este estudo tem como objetivo analisar a eficiência e a mudança de produtividade nos Tribunais do Trabalho no Brasil. Utilizamos a Análise Envoltória de Dados (DEA) e o Índice de Mamlquist para uma estrutura de dados em Painel abrangendo os 24 Tribunais Regionais do Trabalho (TRT’s), no período de 2009 a 2019. Os resultados mostraram que até o ano de 2017 houve um aumento de eficiência nos TRT’s, especialmente relativo a eficiência tecnológica. Contudo, nos anos seguintes, que coincidiram com a Emenda Constitucional 95 e à Reforma Trabalhista, houve redução da eficiência. Além disso, os resultados da DEA e Índice de Malmquist convergem indicando que o o tamanho do Regional não está diretamente ligado à produtividade, uma vez que existem tribunais com altos scores em todos os tamanhos, sendo possível identificar unidades de benchmark.
