Abstract

This paper aims to investigate how technological innovations influence the most diverse institutes of Administrative Law and impose new normative and theoretical solutions. Throughout this work, there is an approach focused on three specific topics in which technological innovation exerts (and will exert) a strong influence: police power, regime of public servants and Public Administration control.
