Abuso e exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes como tema para a extensão universitária

Abstract

The general objective of this article is to present the debate on the sexual abuse and exploitation of children and adolescents as a training topic for undergraduate academics carried out in the remote format, in the year 2020. The study seeks to report the experience of the University Extension and his contribution to the training of members of the Extension Curricular Program [PACE] carried out at the Federal University of Amazonas [UFAM]. In order to circumvent the difficulties faced during the pandemic period, the activities were carried out in a remote format and addressed various topics, among them, abuse and sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. The course proposed to bring undergraduate academics closer to professionals who work in different social areas, in order to equip graduates with the non-school education process carried out in different service spaces.
