Mental health, communication and consumption on YouTube: an analysis of the practices of young people from Rio Grande do Norte

The present article aims to analyze the practices of consuming information related to mental health on YouTube based on interviews with seven young individuals from Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. To do so, it provides an overview of the relationships between mental health policies in Brazil and the role of communication, as well as the discourse in both mass and digital media.
