Geopolítica dos recursos energéticos: dinâmica entre Rússia e Europa

Abstract

The present work aims to explore the complex dynamics that involve the geopolitics of energy resources. Through an analysis of the situation involving Russia and the European continent, particularly focusing on Russia's relations with the European Union in general and with Germany in particular, it seeks to contribute to the debate by employing a constructivist perspective. This approach demonstrates the relevance of ideational factors as a complement to material factors, understanding the limitations of utilizing the coercive power of actor 'A' against actor 'B' in analyses concerning the instruments employed in the relations involving energy resources in the international arena.
