CUSTOS TRANSACIONAIS E A EFICIÊNCIA DO JUDICIÁRIO DE MATO GROSSO

A pesquisa buscou avaliar a influência dos custos transacionais para a eficiência do Judiciário de Mato Grosso. Partindo da análise institucionalista e da análise econômica do direito e utilizando, com base no ano de 2018, o método da Análise Fatorial foi elaborado um Índice de Eficiência Operacional para as comarcas do estado. Na avaliação consideraram-se as seguintes dimensões: (i) estruturas das comarcas, (ii) capacidade de geração de receitas próprias e (iii) custos de transação, visando identificar o peso das variáveis que compõem o modelo proposto. Adicionalmente, elaborou-se um ranking de eficiência operacional e agrupamento das comarcas do estado. Os resultados indicaram que os custos transacionais são um fator relevante para a eficiência do judiciário do estado de Mato Grosso com peso de 17,96% da variância amostral.
