This study intends to identify and understand the establishment of short, medium and long term goals by a group of Crossfit practitioners (Beginners, Scaled and RX), in Crossfit Boxes in the Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba. The Sport Psychology (SP) was selected as an area of Psychology to support this research. The establishment of goals is related to subjective aspects, linked to the individual aspirations of the athletes/sportspeople. Crossfit constitutes a recent sport modality that has been gaining many adepts. As a methodological approach, a survey of participants was carried out: Crossfit practitioners from gyms (Crossfit Box) located in the Triângulo Mineiro and Alto Paranaíba. As research instruments, an adapted script was selected, which contemplates the establishment of short, medium and long term objectives. This script was sent through messages in WhatsApp groups. As a result, it could be inferred, with respect to the practice of Crossfit, that the interest for aesthetics decreases as the practice advances. The athletes and/or sportspeople outline their goals considering individual aspects that are crossed by the objectives of the group. This may have a direct or indirect relationship with the dynamics of the classes, since this environment provides group interaction.
