ERA PÓS-DIGITAL: ATRAÇÃO DE CLIENTES COM ESTRATÉGIAS DE MARKETING NA AMBIÊNCIA DA INTERNET

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar as estratégias de marketing digital utilizadas para atração de clientes na era pós-digital, por meio de um estudo de caso da empresa Marketing Com Digital. Como objetivos específicos, pretende-se: mapear as estratégias de marketing utilizadas para atrair novos clientes a partir do cadastro em uma campanha específica; descrever os esforços de e-mail marketing da empresa para transformar leads em consumidores efetivos e compreender a importância do marketing de conteúdo durante esse processo. A pesquisa tem natureza qualitativa e utiliza as seguintes técnicas: observação encoberta e não participativa, análise de conteúdo e análise documental. Os resultados demonstraram que as estratégias utilizadas pela empresa objetivam transformar um não conhecedor da marca em um cliente, no menor tempo possível, com o constante envio de e-mails a partir do cadastro em campanhas específicas. Contudo, para que tal abordagem ocorra de forma positiva, é preciso controlar a atuação da empresa para que esta não transforme a comunicação constante em spam, e, prejudique a sua visibilidade e reputação na internet.
