Bloco inicial de alfabetização (BIA): política pública educacional e seus resultados no Distrito Federal (DF)

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar os resultados da Avaliação Nacional da Alfabetização (ANA) no Distrito Federal (DF), no período de 2013-2016. É uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Buscou-se documentos normativos e nos resultados da ANA, disponíveis no banco de dados do Instituto Nacional de Estudos Pedagógicos Anísio Teixeira (Inep) os dados para análise. Como aporte teórico, utilizou-se Mainardes (2009; 2007); Freitas (2003; 2007); Libâneo; Oliveira; Toschi (2012); Libâneo (2004); Souza (2003); Soares (2017); Pimenta (2012); dentre outros que discutem a organização escolar em ciclos e a problemática dos resultados na alfabetização. Conclui-se que a ANA tem subsidiado na formulação e implementação de políticas públicas educacionais voltadas à redução da taxa de reprovação nas séries iniciais do Bloco Inicial de Alfabetização e, que a problemática dos resultados em alfabetização das crianças persiste no país e, no DF.
