SATISFAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL DOS EGRESSOS DO CURSO DE PUBLICIDADE E PROPAGANDA DE UMA UNIVERSIDADE COMUNITÁRIA ENTRE 2014 E 2018

O presente artigo é resultado de uma pesquisa qualitativa que buscou mapear a satisfação profissional dos egressos de publicidade e propaganda de uma universidade comunitária do Oeste de Santa Catarina. A questão central da investigação foi entender o cenário de empregabilidade, desafios e temores dos formados em publicidade e propaganda da Universidade do Oeste de Santa Catarina (Unoesc). Para responder ao problema, o objetivo foi analisar o perfil dos egressos, pontuando onde trabalham, sua renda e satisfação com a profissão. Tratou-se de pesquisa exploratória com corte analítico. O universo da pesquisa compreendeu os egressos formados entre os anos de 2014 e 2018. Os dados foram coletados por meio de questionário semiestruturado, enviados pelo formulário Google, sendo analisados por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo de Bardin (2010). A pesquisa apontou que a profissão é marcada por muitos desafios e dificuldades, que vão desde a satisfação até as questões de remuneração e empregabilidade.
