O USO SOCIAL DOS AFETOS: UM OLHAR SOBRE O JORNALISMO SENSÍVEL NA ERA DA DESINFORMAÇÃO

A desinformação avança a passos alarmantes na medida em que o jornalismo perde a credibilidade de outrora. Considerando a importância social da prática, é fundamental analisar erros e acertos na busca por uma renovação. Este artigo parte da hipótese de que explorar a subjetividade é crucial para uma reconexão entre quem produz, quem consome e quem é informação jornalística. Tendo como base o conceito de Jornalismo Sensível (ROCHA, 2020), investiga-se uma reportagem sobre presidiárias transgênero veiculada no programa televisivo Fantástico, da Rede Globo. O intuito é perceber se neste objeto há traços de uma comunicação afetiva e efetiva, que permita uma leitura mais plural de histórias reais enquanto envolve o espectador do outro lado da tela. É constatado, preliminarmente, um efeito útil da informação pela sensibilidade neste exemplo, embora um estudo mais amplo seja necessário para o entendimento dos impactos causados pelo Jornalismo Sensível em seus receptores.
