Digital media and networks are structured in a communicating architec ture that shapes the interactions, information flows and territorialities in a Zeitgeist in which reputation has become one of the main assets of organizations. A case study was carried out and the institutional communication of the iFood company was evaluated, associated with the journalistic podcast Foro de Teresina, analyzing audio inserts and surveys with open questions in a context in which the program and the company are digital products that exploit symbolic capital in their business models. iFood's communication strategy, however, remains faithful to classic standards, without innovations that, theoretically, characterize the contemporary media bios. The conclusion is that the link with the public is materialized through a plastered format that welcomes a traditional content, yet not inefficient for that reason.
