This research brings to the debate social, environmental, economic and cultural issues in order to trace the profile of the Public Relations professional, in order to understand what sustainability practices they develop in organizations. In methodological terms, the following research processes were carried out: documental, bibliographic, quantitative and qualitative, with the development of techniques such as questionnaire and content analysis. Each one of these methodological movements collaborated in a way that dialogued with the objectives of the work and problematized the data obtained. It was found that the professionals have a broad understanding about sustainability, that most of them work or have worked with the subject in the organization, and that the most developed actions in the search for the inclusion of sustainability occur through events and projects.
