the program Before & After Law (ADL) released the Coordination of Radio and Television (CRTV), the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), through the Secretariat for Social Communication (SECOM), aired on TV Justice, addresses citizenship, cognitive filling gaps left by the News Journalism of commercial broadcasters in relation to the formation of the conscience of Brazilian citizens about their rights and duties, also expanding access to justice. The differential design is interactivity and citizenship, through the Public Journalism. a unique application with information that go beyond the VTs, which can be downloaded easily with the aid of a QR Code reader for the transmission of issues was created. What made the Before & After of Law the first hiperprograma the Brazilian judiciary. The Before & After Law had its premiere on TV Justice (2014), the result of a partnership between the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and Superior Court of Justice (STJ), going to be displayed in TV: Record News (2015) at zero cost. In this context, we work the latest news aspect of what is called the Media Sources (Francisco Sant'anna) and / or the sources Revolution (Manuel Chaparro) and this experience between Public Journalism (SILVA, 2003) Communicative Action (Habermas , 2003) and Public Communication (DUARTE, 2009; BRANDÃO, 2006 SANT'ANNA, 2008 ZEMOR, 1995), and the program as a link of citizenship and news of state (judicial) and Market (Record news).
