Interações digitais sobre a população em situação de rua no Instagram do @spinvisivel

In this case study, we observed the profile of the NGO SP Invisível (@spinvisivel) on Instagram, focusing on digital interactions in posts about the homeless population at the beginning of the pandemic period, in 2020. We propose to describe and interpret the characteristics of the interaction online among ordinary internet users in publications about people living in extreme social vulnerability, seeking to understand how participants understand these individuals and how they negotiate meanings in the definition of reality they intend to change, based on the neoliberal perspective born in Silicon Valley and theories of social interaction . As a result, the following analytical categories were stipulated: a) "Humanity has failed": judge and punish; b) "Women with botox and futiles": the small world of privileges; c) "We are lights that spark in chaos": distinction and social criticism.
