Abstract

A web estabeleceu uma dinâmica tal que nos insere em um processo de construção de conhecimento maior do que as nossas próprias capacidades de percebê-lo. Com isso acabamos por ser facilmente direcionados para caminhos pré-determinados pelos buscadores da web semântica atual, atrelados que são a interesses mercadológicos. Porém, já nos é possível construir uma web semântica cognitiva baseada na autonomia interativa e organizada pelo discernimento humano. Os aparatos disponibilizados na internet pelas mídias sociais e de relacionamento nos habilitam a participar da construção de uma Inteligência Coletiva no verdadeiro sentido da Cibercultura, a cultura que nos permite fazer uso da tecnologia para exercer a principal característica humana, o compartilhamento das experiências, com independência e liberdade de organização e decisão.
