Tecnologias Sociais em Rede: Visão Sistêmica

Apresentação de questões relacionadas às motivações para estabelecer vínculos, comunicação e participação entre os atores envolvidos com tecnologias sociais e que interagem em rede. O artigo foi escrito sob uma perspectiva inspirada na literatura que aborda as organizações e a análise de redes mediante uma visão sistêmica. A interpretação é o resultado de um olhar crítico sobre a emancipação e a inclusão social como motivadoras dos vínculos cultivados entre esses atores. A Fazenda Malunga, unidade de produção agroecológica situada em Brasília (DF), é citada como exemplo de desenvolvimento local, onde tecnologias sociais são utilizadas e promovidas em rede e segundo uma visão sistêmica, que resultou em uma organização com um ciclo virtuoso de ações fomentadoras da ecologia de sustentabilidade.
