O anime music video (AMV) como inovação na linguagem midiádica

O AMV (anime music video) é uma forma de videoclipe feito pelos otakus, nome dados aos fãs da cultura pop japonesa, a partir da colagem de cenas de animês (desenhos animados japoneses) em sincronia com ma música. O artigo tem como objetivo identificar os elementos que caracterizam esses vídeos, destacando aspectos inovadores de sua linguagem a partir do conceito de pós-modernidade e dos contextos da cibercultura e das comunidades virtuais. O corpus da pesquisa é composto por nove vídeos premiados na categoria Best of the Year (melhor do ano), entre os anos 2002 e 2010, no principal concurso do gênero, o VCA (Viewers Choice Awards), promovido anualmente pelo portal Anime Music Video (animemusicvideo.org). A análise se baseou na observação de elementos presentes na linguagem do videoclipe e do AMV, como sinestesia, relação entre cenas e música, narratividade, performance dos personagens, edição, efeitos visuais, montagem/colagem e animês escolhidos. Os resultados obtidos comprovam o caráter inovador dessa linguagem e sua evolução ao longo dos últimos anos.
