This article explores the dynamic capabilities, environmental uncertainties and the propensity for internationalization exhibited by technology-based companies in Brazil through the proposition of indicators. Based on the premise that dynamic capabilities are vital for organizations to navigate dynamic global environments, the study reveals that an orientation towards international growth is not a strategic stance predominantly observed in the sample examined, not even under high levels of environmental uncertainty. market and technology. Using a quantitative methodological approach through a survey, the study classified the variables investigated based on three levels of indicators (low, moderate and high). The standardization of the adaptive, absorptive and innovative capacity scales returned high indicators translated into 86.86%, 88.32% and 93.43% respectively. On the other hand, a low general level of the propensity scale for internationalization was identified, indicating that 40.88% of the companies examined are not inclined to internationalize.
