Knowledge management practice: the case of the company Conecta Tecnologia

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how the Knowledge Management process works in the company Conecta Tecnologia. The study is justified because it is an IT company that supports government action in the modernization of Public Management. This is an exploratory case study with a qualitative approach, whose data collection took place through a structured interview. The results indicate that Knowledge Management in the company occurs through encouraging the development of innovation on a continuous basis, using different practices and tools as a way of enabling the creation of knowledge and participation of all its employees in this process. These findings can contribute to understanding the level of quality of services provided by the State to citizens.
