Abstract

This article aims to highlight the relevance of the contributions of Non-Violent Communication to a culture of peace and non-violence. To articulate this reflection, initially, based on the work conflict between two employees of the same companha, we seek to present the conception of education, articulating some ideas for reflextion of a new culture of care, peace and non-violence. And, in a second moment, some ideas are brought up on how to think about the concept of a culture of peace and non-violence. And, finally, in a third moment, some ideas are presented about the importance of mediating non-violent communication in resolving conflicts in cases of “life as it is”, that is, real life, highlighting, however, that the most importante and emerging, after all, is the task of educating people in habits and atitudes of peaceful and non-violent communication.
