Abstract

Taking into account Gilles Deleuze's philosophy on cinema, which mainly refers to the classification of image-movement and image-time, this article will seek to think, in short, about learning within the field of experimentation with cinema. To do so, it will be necessary to first problematize the issue of classical cinema as a place for the representation of thought, taking into account, above all, the concept of cliché. On the other hand, we will talk about a violence of thought and a possibility of learning, considering cinema as a vehicle for experimentation. We will therefore seek an attempt to discuss the articulation between thought and learning in classical cinema and thought, learning and experimentation from modern cinema, where films are no longer conducted along a path that aims to transmit knowledge, but which refer to to a movement towards diversity and multiplicity. It is worth highlighting that this article is the result of research for a master's thesis, which searches for learning possibilities that do not require explaining the thing, just the encounter with it, and how this holds a unique power for creation, especially from the fabulous powers of cinema. We hope to be able to contribute to more and more future discussions about thinking and learning, especially within the field of education and experimentation with cinema.
