FUTSAL FUNDAMENTALS: EVIDENCE BASED ON CONTENT AND INTERNAL STRUCTURE

Abstract

Performance analysis provides data through the interaction of numerous aspects involving sports, namely physical, technical,
tactical, and psychological aspects. Thus, this study aims to validate the concepts of the main actions of futsal through evidence based on
content and intra- and interobserver reliability. Nine specialists with an average age of 44.2±9.27 years and 24.7±8.70 years of experience in
the field participated in the content validity evidence. 88.9% of the specialists have international-level expertise and 55.5% are active in practice
and in academic field (higher education professor). Two experienced analysts participated in the validity evidence based on the internal
structure, who analyzed three men’s base category games. The calculated CVC values based on language clarity (0.90), practical pertinence
(0.96) and theoretical relevance (0.96) were satisfactory, and the intra- and interobserver reliability values were between 0.98 and 0.99, showing
a strong degree of agreement. However, it can be said that the concepts of the main futsal actions show evidence based on content and internal
structure.
