About the Journal

The Revista Brasileira de Economia de Empresas/Brazilian Journal of Business Economics is a publication of the Masters and Doctorate in Economics at the Catholic University of Brasília. Currently, RBEE/BJBE is classified as B1 in Qualis-CAPES in the areas of Economics, Mathematics, Administration and others. Furthermore, it is indexed in some of the main international databases, including Google Scholar, EBSCO Publishing, EZB, Commerce Research Library, EconLit and ProQuest.

RBEE publishes theoretical articles and applied quantitative studies in economics, econometrics, finance and economic policy, written in Portuguese or English. RBEE/BJBE offers a discussion forum on various topics in economics and finance, in addition to accepting article submissions in related areas. The RBEE/BJBE publishes two issues per year. Access to published articles is free and we do not charge subscription fees.

By making a submission, authors declare their agreement with RBEE's editorial policies. Submitted works will be evaluated and selected in accordance with RBEE's editorial policy. Information about article formatting is available HERE.

RBEE editors and reviewers are dedicated to speeding up the evaluation and publication process. The expected time until the first decision is 3 months.
