Abstract

Para serem competitivas, as empresas estão tendo de fazer mudanças radicais na estrutura e no modelo de gestão. Esse artigo chama a atenção para a importância de se recalibrar o modelo atual baseado na confiança e na aprendizagem organizacional. O texto sugere a necessidade de se buscar sempre o autodesenvolvimento visando elevar a o nível de consciência diante das turbulências do mundo.
