Abstract

This article aims to analyze the legal and social effects of labor court rulings in the context of social security law. It seeks to discuss the consequences that judicial decisions rendered in labor proceedings may generate, whether in relation to social security benefits or corresponding services for the insured, without claiming to exhaust the subject given its complexity and dynamic nature. Thus, through a legal analysis based on Brazilian legislation and current case law, the study explores the legal provisions governing this relationship and the social impacts faced by workers, particularly regarding social security benefits and the calculation of service time. The study seeks to contribute to a better understanding of these effects and to reflect on the protection of social security rights for those who seek judicial relief through labor courts.
